Tyler, is widely acclaimed as one of the most successful real estate wholesale investors in the Greater Nashville Area. He jumped into the industry with little to no money and without a real estate license.
Starting with no money to his name, sitting at his laptop in his parents’ kitchen, trying to figure out how he could stop living check to check. After several hours of research he began by assigning properties to a small list of buyers he managed to put together after posting his deals on craigslist.
After a few years of trial and error, including more than a few painful inaccuracies and influential lessons in the school of moms kitchen, he eventually got the hang of things and has since been on a Massive profit and growth track.
Today Tyler couldn’t imagine a life without real estate. In the process he’s had his hands in a manner of real estate transactions including wholesale deals, joint venture deals, and double closings.
Today he’s widely known as “The Cashville Investor” by his friends and associates, a nickname he earned for his use of highly creative strategies, inventive thinking, and his supernatural ability to generate buyer and seller leads at will.
